Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PropTime platform at proptime.com.au ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PropTime provides property research and analysis tools for Australian investors including suburb scoring, cashflow calculators, mortgage strategy tools, investment structure comparison and related features. The Platform is an educational and analytical tool only. It does not provide financial product advice, investment recommendations or legal advice. See our General Advice Warning for important information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for: — Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account — Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — All activity that occurs under your account — Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared unless you have a Partner plan.

Free Plan: The free plan is available at no cost and provides access to limited features as described on our pricing page. Buyer's Pass: The Buyer's Pass is a one-time payment of $59 AUD (inc. GST) that provides 7 days of full platform access. The Buyer's Pass is non-renewing — it does not automatically convert to a subscription. Access expires exactly 7 days after purchase. Pro Subscription: The Pro subscription is $79 AUD (inc. GST) per month billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Partner Plans: Partner plans are priced from $299 AUD per month based on team size and usage. Partner plan terms are agreed separately. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

Pro Subscription: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@proptime.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for. Buyer's Pass: The Buyer's Pass is non-renewing. No cancellation is required — access simply expires after 7 days.

Buyer's Pass: Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, the Buyer's Pass is non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Pro Subscription: If you cancel your Pro subscription within 48 hours of your first payment and have not made substantial use of the Platform we will consider a refund request at our discretion. Contact hello@proptime.com.au within 48 hours of purchase. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to: — Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform — Scrape, copy or reproduce Platform content or data without written permission — Use the Platform to harm, harass or defraud others — Resell or sublicense Platform access without written permission (except Partner plan holders as agreed) — Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures — Use automated tools to access the Platform at scale without written permission We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

All content on the Platform including suburb scores, algorithms, calculations, design and copy is owned by or licensed to PropTime. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission. User-generated content (such as portfolio entries and saved calculations) remains your property. By entering it into the Platform you grant us a licence to store and display it to provide the service.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: — The Platform will be available at all times or error-free — Suburb scores, calculations or data will be accurate, complete or up to date — The Platform will meet your specific investment needs Property investment involves risk. Past performance of suburbs or investment strategies is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PropTime's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss including loss of profits, loss of data or investment losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

PropTime provides general information and educational tools only. The Platform does not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives or needs. Information provided by the Platform should not be relied upon as financial product advice. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
